Coaching for Leaders
Decades of research shows that the highest performing organizations are composed of very skilled individuals working together effectively toward the company’s mission and vision. When teams struggle, so too does the company.
The good news? Skills for leaders and teams are highly teachable, effective and can be implemented rapidly. That’s where Coaching comes in. Faith will meet with your team to assess precise pain points and provide tailored coaching and training to help you and your people get back to driving results up and to the right.

Therapy Services
Individual Therapy

We currently provide services for adults seeking to create change, build awareness or cultivate new ways of being. Our individual work starts with a thorough assessment followed by creating a tailored treatment plan that is both measurable and attainable.
Before sessions begin you will have a clear understanding of where you want to go and how we will help you get there. Individual sessions are offered at 50, 75 or 90 minutes in length.
Couples & Partnership
There's a myth out there that couples have to be in distress in order to benefit from therapy. let's make one thing clear: that is not the case. The research shows that couples, partners and families are actually best served outside of times of crisis. While our providers are trained with working with systems in distress, we encourage this form of work for any people looking to cultivate supportive and sustainable ways of being together. Dyad and group sessions generally run for 75 minute of 90 minutes in length.
Therapy for Parents
Using the frame of dialectical behavior therapy and attachment science, there are specific behavioral & skills based tools that parents with children of all ages can benefit from learning and bringing into practice. Practical therapy for parents starts with a thorough assessment and the creation of personalized treatment plan so you have a clear plan for where you are headed and how it will benefit your parent-child dynamic.

DBT
Skills
Training
Dialectical Behavior Therapy did something no other therapeutic model had done at the time of its origin; it made skills training a required and integral part of the treatment—and the outcomes were remarkable. DBT posits that much of our psychological suffering stems from skills deficit, rather than pathology. With this view, the answer is to give people more skills to feel empowered and resourced to make the changes they wish to make.
The original core content of skills, has been shown to be effective across the board for improved mental health and overall quality of life. We currently offer skills training in the form of a tele-health based, adult group - running on Mondays from 12:-00 - 1:30 PST.
We also work with individuals in a one-on-one setting and through skills training intensives for additional methods for learning the skills.

Our Vision
_edited.jpg)
Our mission is to support whole-person and whole-system health by integrating evidence-based therapies and coaching methods to enhance emotional resilience, relational skills and physical well being.
While therapy can foster deep healing, it sometimes leaves individuals wanting more tools to influence the systems they live in—whether it be relational dynamics or workplace culture. Coaching and consulting can offer powerful clarity and direction, but can fall short when inner emotional work is needed to sustain meaningful change.
That’s where we come in.
Our team brings decades of specialized experience across mental health, leadership development, and systems work. Whether you're an individual navigating personal challenges or a team seeking to function more cohesively, we meet you where you are and help guide where you want to go.
We work with individuals, couples, families, teams, and organizations looking for more effective ways of functioning together as a whole and on an individual level. We believe that by integrating these practices, people can experience an increased quality of life that has meaningful impact at all levels.
And that, we believe, is... On Point.
