I decided to create On Point so we could bring the skills out of the 1:1 therapy and coaching model and into a group and team design. While individual support is important and effective, it's amazing what can happen when whole systems level up.
Community is built. People thrive and the net ripple effect is powerful.
In my decade plus of experience as a clinician, professor and coach I've worked in many different settings and continue to run a private practice and contribute to the field of advancing psychedelics into the mental health space through clinical research.
I see a future where more systems are integrated, people have more agency and access to the support they need to really thrive, not just get by.
And that, I believe, is On Point.
